Perfect blue

The exhibition at Figure Eight by artist Leslie Sardinias speaks of the fragility of the marine universe in the Caribbean, the Expo shows organic floral worlds submerged under the sea where large flowers or marine trees show their universe, the pieces are full of color as the Caribbean sea is rich in color. But, in turn, the pieces show the fragility of the Caribbean Sea and the deterioration that arises from them. The works have been made mostly on paper to give a symbol of fragility since the paper must be cared for and thus protected by the support of the works. It is no longer a simple paper, it is a claim on the fragility of these works and the very fragility of the ecosystem of the Caribbean.
